So what is the purpose of this newsletter, you may be asking? As an artist, I’m often working on a lot of seemingly disparate projects. And the funny thing about it is that I’m often simultaneously terrified to share my art and projects with an audience and yet also keenly desirous to do so. After all, so much of my artistic process is about collaboration and engagement with others. So this newsletter is a combination of my own artistic process — vis-a-vis the actual writing of it — as well as an opportunity to actively share my various projects with my peers, friends, and anyone interested — in a format that feels more authentic than social media.

I intend to share with you, each quarter, a brief update on my current projects, some art-related happenings in the world I feel you’d be interested in, and a little bit of my current teaching content - for those who have said to me that you wish you could be a fly on my classroom wall.
